Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
Directions:
  1. Put the 2 cups of water and spices in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 mins.
  2. After simmering for 5 minutes turn the heat off and let it sit for 2 more minutes.
  3. Strain the tea from the herbs.
  4. Serve it in two cups.
  5. Enjoy it while warm.
