CINNAMON TEA RECIPE

In this recipe we are showing an easy-to-make a delicious and healthy cup of Cinnamon tea. It takes less than ten minutes and it is a great choice for an afternoon cup of tea with a friend. This recipe combines the countless health benefits of cinnamon and Assam black tea into a tasty remedy that will keep you warm these winter days. With just three ingredients it is an easy-to-make tea for any tea lover.

Ingredients for two servings:

  1. Fill a large teapot with just-boiled water to warm it and set aside. Heat 20oz water in a pan with a cinnamon stick until boiling.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the Assam tea leaves to the hot cinnamon water and leave to steep for 1-2 mins. Remove the cinnamon stick.
  3. Empty the teapot and strain the tea into it. Serve with honey to sweeten to taste.
  4. Add the lemon peel.
  5. Enjoy it while warm.
