How To Make A Tea - Milkshake

 

Follow these easy steps in order to make the tastiest and healthiest Tea-Milkshake(Tea-Shake) with home ingredients.

Ingridients: 

  • 2 sliced bananas (previously frozen) 
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1.5 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2-3 drops vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces Mountain Tea

Preparation: 

  1. Steep 12 ounces of Mountain Tea. Let cool and place in refrigerator.
  2. Slice 2 bananas and freeze them.
  3. In a blender mix all the ingredients together: ice cream, mountain tea, frozen bananas, vanilla extract, sugar. You can also add cinnamon powder.
  4. Blend until you get the texture you want.
  5. Pour into a glass and decorate based on your preference and occasion. 
  6. Enjoy it!
